Bio
From parts unknown play rock and roll, fused with a blend of punk, metal, ska and various roots musical influences. The trio put on a high energy show, engaging the audience with ferocious playing, melodic hooks and lyrics about the troubles and vices of home and the misadventures that happen on the road.
Forming at the tail end of 2013, the trio consists of singer/guitarist, Ben McCracken (apocoloco, chesterfield kings, dying ground), drummer Kyle Owen (the Trusted few, dying ground) and upright bass player Chris Parrish (hot rod hillbillies, sawd off sick). The three formed the group in an effort to write true rock and roll/punk rock with an upright bass and escape the clichés of singing about cars and monsters, instead opting for poverty, relationships and life in dirty cities. In fall of 2014, they released there self titled e.p. 2015 saw F.P.U. tour the country and play with the Reverend Horton Heat, Face to Face, the Legandery shack shakers, Whiskey shivers, PEARS, Good Riddance, Direct Hit, Counterpunch and many other fine and crappy bands.
In the winter of 2015, the boys recorded their debut album, "bruiser", which will have a full Web release in the fall of 2016.
