This band has some passion they put into their music, Not to mention a pretty good Red Hot Chili Peppers's cover! Failed To Study from Ontario, California has some kickin' Rock/Alternative-Rock tunes. I would love to hear some of their songs recorded better eventually, but as far as I can tell, I really enjoyed "Otherside". So check it out! Failed To Study is an upcoming rock band from Ontario, California. They were founded in the Fall of 2005 and have grown more and more over time. They strive to make it in the tough music industry; but they don't do it for the fame or the money. They do it because they have such a love and passion for music, that they want to show it to the world, and perform with all their hearts for anyone and everyone to see, and hopefully, their crowd - no matter how big or how small - will love their music too.
They are a very fan-oriented band and make sure after every show to go and shake hands and take pictures with as many fans as possible and thank them for all of their support.
We are open to booking for ANYTHING! Backyard shows, birthday parties, any kind of parties. :) Just let us know!
Juan Bernal is the lead guitar player, back-up vocalist and founder of FTS. What Juan brings to the table is a good additude and hopes that someday the general public will enjoy Failed To Study's music the way Juan and his bandmates enjoy it. His influences are Eric Clapton and Synyster Gates.
Vladimir Bernal is the lead vocalist and drummer and is one of the band creators. He has been playing drums and singing for five years. He is part of the heart and soul of the band and really helps us strive. His influences drumwise are Travis Barker and the late great James Owen Sullivan.
Cesar Vasquez is the rhythm guitar player and is one of the band creators. Cesar is the comedian of the band always cracking his jokes, he is also known as the stuntman doing tricks with his guitar. He has brought to the table something that other guitars have not.
Kristin Crofford is the bass player and back-up vocalist. She has been in the band for 1 year. She continues to progress her musical talents as the band mates also do. Her influences are Flea and Johnny Christ.
