Dyman Mind is a
reggae-dancehall artist, songwriter, audio engineer and producer. Known for his versatility, Dyman Mind has
the unique skill to combine lyrics and melodies that takes listeners on a
blissful journey capturing the essence of the sound, lyrical
theme, and emotion regardless of the musical genre or style.

Originating from the
Waterhouse-Olympic Gardens vicinity of Kingston, Jamaica, Dyman grew up inspired
by some of the great artists that lived in the surrounding communities. Great
pioneers such as U-Roy, Admiral Bailey,
Josey Wales, Ninja Man, Beenie Man, and King Jammys, were only a few of the familiar faces and institutions that were from the area.  Moved by the execution of words, delivered energy, overall performances—his
passion and love for music became real.

Later migrating to the
United States in 1992, Dyman became consumed with the new sounds that emerged
from Jamaica; as well as his introduction to Hip Hop, Soul and R&B. The
lyrical creativity, delivery and melodies of artists such as: Buju Banton,
Spragga Benz, Bounty Killer, Wayne Wonder, Born Jamericans, Nas, Tupac, Mary J Blige, and others. Loving the
sound he was hearing, Dyman became curious and wanted to see whatit was like to
create an original song of his own. Thus the journey began.

 After graduating high
school, he became a founding member of the group Rebel
Flex. He would remain with the group until the end of 2000, becoming a solo

B, Mad Cobra, Frankie Paul, Sanchez, JohnnyOsbourne, Sammy Dread, Soca stars

 His journey took him to
other areas of music where he wrote for CT entertainment magazines, playedmusic
in clubs and was also a radio DJ on 107.7 FM; “The Reggae Showcase”—which he
hosted onCentral Connecticut State University’s campus radio station. This
program would last for more than adecade, gaining a reputable name in clubs,
house parties, and many interviewed artists that would pass through the
clutches of the ‘disc jockey’ that simply knew music. In later years, Dyman’s
program, “Reggae Showcase”would shift its success to greater opportunities as
it joined WENXRADIO— a premier internet radio station. The program had its last
run in mid-2013.

Dyman is also a
versatile songwriter. In addition to penning exceptional songs for himself, he also
co-wrote on numerous songs with well-known international reggae artist, Notch.
These songs include: Fly Away, Which Gal
Wi Hear Sey
, Another Catch (Match), Tek your mind off me (La
