DOTWAV is a 6 piece punk rap band. Combining rappers, guitarists, singers, and a drummer with a DJ/ keyboardist, they experiment with a range of sounds, from R&B to alternative rock. Each artist brings their own genre to the table with lyrical inspiration from their individual perspectives. Lyrically inspired by their individual perspectives, each artist brings their own genre to the table. Songs examine topics of love, upward mobility, autonomy, drugs, sexuality, and mental health. All music is produced, recorded, mixed, and mastered by DOTWAV. We are going to make a sub-genre of hip hop and give a voice to North Carolina's youth. Your ears will thank you.
