Dj Cowboy is a contemporary open format Dj/Producer who lives and works in New York City. Originally a native of Houston Texas, his unique style derives from a diverse multicultural background. Cowboy's music career started in Queens where he worked as a host at The St. John's University radio station for several years. During his time at the radio station Cowboy would start becoming an underground force in the New York City DJ scene. Participating and managing events for several major radio and music labels in the New York City area, including names like Power 105, Hot 97, Universal Records, and Def Jam. In 2019 Cowboy gained notoriety for opening for various prominent artists such as Dave East, and house pioneer Roland Clark. Now having recently finished his first nationwide tour in 2021, Cowboy seeks future endeavors with different brand partners throughout America, and while also further establishing significant growth in his social media audience.
