Dennis K.

Over the last few years, this generation of the new millennium has transitioned into a new phase of R&B/Soul music.  Rappers have turned into singers and vice versa.  Dark 808s and auto-tune have saturated a lot of the urban music scene.  And it has now actually become quite rare to hear artists who are also classically trained singers, or who don't need any help with tuning their voice in the mix.  Therefore when a new, true singing talent comes along, it is even that much more exciting to hear.  

Introducing Dennis K.  Hailing from The Bronx, New York City, and now located in Miami, Florida, Dennis K. is "The American Dream In Motion."  As an AfroLatino American child, Dennis K. had to rise up from poverty and dig himself out of an abusive home life.  Through great pain and emotional distress, Dennis K. began to write and sing music at a very early age.  As he grew, so did his incredible voice, and he honed his craft singing Gospel music in the church.  

Dennis K. rose to new heights throughout the early 00s and 10s, singing as part of the triumvirate R&B group, L.I.E. (Live In Eternity).  He has performed original songs all across the country, and has opened concerts for a list of major label artists, including Brian McKnight, Fabolous, Ne-Yo, Tank, The Cheetah Girls, Bobby Valentino, and Chris Brown.  

Now Dennis K. is stepping into the spotlight as a solo artist, displaying his diverse, bilingual singing style on his free debut project, 'Red Cups - EP.'  Drawing inspiration from both past and present singing talents, Dennis K. blends today's modern, urban R&B sounds with classic, soulful crooning.
