California is one of the hottest places for hip-hop right now, but the artist of San Diego are trying to create their own music movement seeing that there are not that many well known artists from the city. To answer that, just this weekend San Diego based rapper Bam Circa 86 & fashionista Monique Perez (DopeMo) hosted a show called #DirtyFknVans to showcase some of the artists from the area. Acts like Exile, King Choosey, Johaz, Real J Wallace, D.Brvss, Toshi, Bdotwatt, Mad Genius, Bam Circa 86 himself, and DJ Chicho3000 showed off their skills on stage. I make music that you can vibe to. I'm all about that wave, which doesn't have to be categorized by genre. I listen to all different kinds of music and I make all kinds of different music- still at the Same time I know my lane. I like to paint the picture a lot of my music comes from visual moments or moods I'm feeling. I like music really loud and I like to feel the music. So music I put out I make it for people to feel and really get into it and move lol.
