Coriander

Founded in January 2015, Coriander is the project of Singer Kyle Castellani and Bassist Ross Garcia. The band was started with
a shared admiration of the artists Incubus, Mute Math, Kings of Leon
and the like. Coriander has been characterized as a “Coastal-Rock”
project and their music can be described as a blending of Rock – Funk
with a nod to R&B – Jazz.

Under the bands previous name,
PlayFight, they were able to achieve a nomination for “Best Rock Album"
in 2014 for their EP “Mutt” at the San Diego Music Awards. Shortly
after, they were chosen to play the Temecula Valley International Film
Festival where they won the “Audience Choice Award.”
