Hardworking. Enterprising. Self-taught. These are a few words to describe alternative R&B artist multi-talented singer and rapper Chris Benefield for his love of music and life. His rhythmic vibe fuses contemporary R&B and soul music to soothe listeners while also engaging them with a melodic and lyrical rap style. Chris Benefield’s music can be described as enlightening and promotes themes of his life, love, and relationships.
A Louisiana native raised in Houston, Texas, Chris Benefield’s musical passion began as a young child and remains constant today as he builds his signature music brand in Shreveport-Bossier area Louisiana. But he approaches everything with the same committed determination. He credits a mentor with keeping him focused as he navigated his life’s journey through young adulthood. He is articulately self-taught on many subjects like achieving his online high school diploma.
Chris Benefield approaches his love of music with the same enthusiastic work ethic.
