Chaunté Shayne is a country singer songwriter hailing from the great state of Wisconsin. She has been writing her own lyrics since she was the ripe old age of 8, although not mastering her talent until she was 16. Thanks to YouTube she learned how to play guitar, leading her to be confident in the message she wanted to deliver. Today she has written over 50 original songs, that find their home during her performances. In addition, she has also spent time writing with Mark McGuinn from Mucho Love Music out of Nashville, TN. Chaunté’s lyrics are edgy and she speaks from a woman’s point of view, always saying what she means. She wants to have a voice for those that don’t know what to say, how to say it or are too afraid to speak up.
Chaunté has been compared to Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, and Brantley Gilbert to name a few. You can find her performing with a four-piece band or as an acoustic duo depending on the venue. She has opened for Stephanie Quayle and looks forward to expanding her outreach and performing for her listening audience.
