Brittany Russell is the 16-year-old powerhouse performer originally from Memphis, Tennessee who fronts her very own band with authority. Early in her career Brittany was often considered a child performing prodigy, wining singing honors with Radio Disney, Winner of State of Tennessee Reflection Songwriting Competition in 2008 and 2010, Regional Winner of Colgate Country Showdown Next Star - Los Angeles iPOP! showcase performer among other accolades. Brittany is either on stage or on her way to a performance.
Brittany is a professional trained vocalist who loves to perform not only in front of her band but in musical theater, choir and ensemble choir as well as in the studio. Along with her band, the Brittany Russell band, Brittany has performed on live TV and various stages thru out Memphis and the mid south region and has now expanded her fan base to SW Florida. Brittany is a published songwriter and has recorded many radio 'Jingles' for national corporations. Brittany has recorded her first CD at Ardent Studios in Memphis, Tennessee titled "Stupid Good" and has now released her followup CD titled "Let Me Be" available on iTunes and CD Baby.
The Brittany Russell Band are a SW Florida band that performs pop rock style songs in the genre of Adele, No Doubt, Joan Jett, Miley Cyrus, Hillary Duff, but also Led Zeppelin, the Beatles, AC/DC, U2 and, yes BB King! - as well as their own Originals and have developed a great Friend and Fan base. Singing on stage since she was 8, Brittany is an experienced performer in the Mid South area playing to large crowds ranging from clubs to festivals, private parties to statewide events.
