Check out the new single from DMV soul act Remember The Forgotten - 'DEAR BLACK PEOPLE'. Earlier this year, they told us: "We stand for more than just music. We stand for those who society has forgotten or neglected (the homeless, working-class citizens, children, anyone with a dream etc.), all people in general. Our mission is to use our music as a form of outreach to help bring awareness to those forgotten or neglected in our society. We also seek to do outreach in the communities around us & in the world. We use ourselves and our music to give and show reality, love and freedom of being yourself - AfroPunk

Comments From Supporters: Shout out to the BlaqueStone being featured in Netflix original movie DUDE -
BlaqueStone, Ray BLK’s opening artist, offered me a harmony I didn’t realize I was missing. BlaqueStone gave me chills. BlaqueStone gave me life. They set the tone for the Queen of the night by engaging the crowd with their passionate sounds– sounds that made me want to pause, let my tensions be at peace, and allow my heart to match their rhythms. The singers majestically shared their soulful flair, and you could never once question the talent on the stage as the gifted instrumentalists showed us another way they breathe– through bass, keys, and drums. -
