Pushin Penz is the first solo release from Blakchyl formally known as [TFLY] during the year of 2014. She begin producing and writing music at age 15 after being introduced to community non profit The Cipher Austin's Hip Hop Project ( A group of creatives expressing Artistic Ideas) founded in 2007. Also collaborating with other organizations such as, Youth Against Violence, Mens rally for change, Safe place, Austin voices. 2010 she continued to make music and joined forces with five piece member crew Mindz Of A Different Kind creating countless projects and touring Europe becoming internationally known for the Austinites.
Blakchyl has also opened for acts Camp Lo, Bizzy Bone , Scarface, Jean Grae, immortal technique, yelawolf, Mob Deep and the list continues. Exploring New avenues and skill through writing, Co producing short films (No sleep , No breaks), (H02D) Blakchyl continues deep connection on the change she wants to see. Gearing up to release their 7th solo project "broken communication from the outer rim" Jan. 27 2022 with Jazz fusion collective HYAH!
