Big Wauk, is an artist born and raised in Milwaukee WI. Darel moved to Texas at the age of 12. He is driven by his passion for and the well-being of his son AD. Big Wauk Hip Hop music is a mix of new and old techniques that provides a fresh take and stands above the fray of the over-saturated hip hop genre. His message is that of a single father speaking to younger generations with the intent to influence his listeners in a positive way. His mission and goal is to get his brand F.A.M Entertainment off the ground and into people’s homes. F.A.M stands for Family and Music. Anyone can be a F.A.M member. F.A.M Knows no race, gender or blood relation. Big Wauk goal is for F.A.M to be a place that the people can go and feel at home wherever they may be. What Big Wauk brings to the table is a unique sound, authentic lyrics, and content that can relate to the people. His influences are NAS and Timbaland because their work ethics are extraordinary.
