Bio
Avery Jade is a Dallas / Ft. Worth mixcore band that combines the groovecore, metalcore, hardcore, post-hardcore, thrash and punk styles together. The band started in 2021 with Brian Becker (guitar/vocals) writing/recording everything himself. In February of 2023 Shannon Houk (bass/vocals) joined him in the hopes of putting the band together to perform live. In October of 2023 Eric McDowells (drums) joined the band temporarily completing the band. Avery Jade performed a handful of shows as a trio and gained a lot of attention. But the band felt something missing. In March of 2024 Tionna Savage joined the band as lead vocalist giving Brian and Shannon the ability to focus more on the instrumental side of things. Now the band is a tight unit and currently working on 4 new songs.
