37th Parallel

37th Parallel is a rock band from the San Francisco Bay Area that blends classic rock and blues from the sixties and seventies with modern alternative and indie music. Drummer AJ Pelayo and lead vocalist/guitarist Brad Guesman founded the band when they were just out of middle school, and were soon joined by keyboardist Philip Chang and bassist Eric Dyer in high school. They started out covering songs by famous classic rock groups such as Led Zeppelin and The Rolling Stones, but weren't satisfied with just being a cover band. In late 2013, 37th Parallel began work on their all-original debut album, which is not yet finished, but will certainly include currently public songs such as "She'll Be Mine" and "The Road". They are currently in the process of recording their songs at a local studio, as well as searching for a label to publish the album under.
