BahSanford

   David "BahSanford" Mahon was born in West Palm Beach, Fl in 1986 to Jamaican parents. Raised between Florida and Jamaica, he grew up identifying as both Jamaican and American. His mother, Sweet Cee was a popular dancehall artist in the early nineties and BahSanford would spend a lot of time with his mother as she recorded at Penthouse Studios in Kingston.

   He hung around reggae legends such as Sizzla, Beenie Man and Tony Rebel. The passion for music is a inherit trait in his family. BahSanford started rhyming and making beats at age 11. Several years and mix tapes later, he individually engineered his own album, 13th disciple, started his own record label and secured a distribution deal through Big Shot Music group, run by the legendary Eazy-E's (RIP) younger brother Michael Wright. Florida Native, BahSanford writes in a style about his outlook on the world that many of can relate to, remaining diverse in his delivery incorporating reggae and rap influences into his music.
