Bio
Alternative rock band Back 2 Zero was formed in Westchester, New York in 2008 by life long neighbors Niko Emanuilidis and Dan Barone. The two friends began jamming and recording song demo's, trying to emulate their favorite artists that brought them together as friends and musicians. A year later they met guitarist Alex de Chaves at the start of High School and knew from day one that it was a perfect fit.
The fall of 2016 was the band's first crack at the venues of New York City. Soon after the band began playing shows, they quickly separated themselves from the likes of others, developed a passionate fan base, and have been headlining weekend shows ever since.
July of 2017 marked the release of the band debut EP "Here, Alone", an almost eight month project, that through singles "Throw You Out", "Irony", and "Wasted." And February 27th marked the release of their newest single "Drive", with 3 more to follow in the upcoming months.
Inspired by 90's and 2000's AltRock groups like Third Eye Blind, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Fall Out Boy. Their anthematic hooks and heartfelt, relatable lyrics that will have you singing along before the chorus ends.
The high energy performances and stage presence Back 2 Zero brings will captivate a room and brings everybody together.
