Denver, CO (2/28/2020) --- Hot off the success of recent EP releases “Falling in Wubz” and “Better Know”, Denver indie electronic artist Awesome Up has announced he will be releasing the new single “Beyond the Ruins” along with an accompanying music video.
“Beyond the Ruins” is an introspective dive into cinematic dubstep that explores rich harmonic textures while giving the listener tribal beats which feel equally at home on the dance floor or during a morning cup of coffee. The accompanying video will feature visualizers that provide the listener a setting for the deep grooves and melodies featured in the track.
Awesome Up is the Indie Electronic Dance Music and visual project from lifetime multi-instrumentalist and producer Mark Daniel Gustafson. He weaves together a new story for listeners by drawing upon experiences growing up playing in diverse styles such as EDM, Hip-Hop, Blues, Rock and World Music..
Awesome Up has hinted that along with his release of “Beyond the Ruins” a Rocky Mountain and Midwestern tour is likely on the horizon once safety concerns from COVID-19 can be addressed and music venues re-open across the country. “With all the positive responses I’ve gotten from [“Beyond the Ruins”] I’m looking forward even more to sharing this tune with audiences once it’s safe for venues to open back up”, says Gustafson.
