Ariana Sloan may have a history of acting and dance, but its in singing that she truly shines. Her song In Hollywood promises that she's 'here for good' and she's right. She's got what it takes to be successful musically. Easy going nature and lyrics drive songs like the incredibly infectious 'Everything's Gonna Change' ( I challenge you to NOT sing along to it after you have heard it a few times, its an impossible challenge. ) while youthful yearning on 'that Way Again' brings home a crossover sound. 'A Different Story' combines light electric guitar work and clever lyric delivery while Ariana talks about everyone having a different story, and wanting to be herself. The 6 song EP is titled 'Day One' and with Sloane's charm it's something that literally everyone can enjoy. You can get it on Amazon, itunes and other music services right now. - Future Starz United
SCV MUSIC ON TV: ARIANA, T.J. & GREGER BRING IT ON 'HOUSE BLEND' — "House Blend" hosted by yours truly on SCVTV Saturday night at 10 features an encore broadcast of a great show featuring local teen pop singer, songwriter, actress and dancer Ariana Sloan, and funky bluesman T.J. Sullivan accompanied by hot 'n' nasty harp player Greger Walnum.
Accompanied by guitarist Jon MacLennan, Sloan, a 14-year-old West Ranch High cheerleader, sang unplugged versions of two originals, "That Way Again" and "Everything's Gonna Change," and chatted with me for a few minutes between songs.
Both tunes come from Sloan's six-song debut EP, "Day One," produced by Bryan Todd and Gary Stober, which also includes the title track, "Different Story," "In Hollywood" and "No Apologies."
Through the marvel of multi-tracking, Ariana handled all the lead and almost all backing vocals on the tracks. Todd and Stober's production is tight, punchy, and bright; the duo wrote or co-wrote most of the songs, and Ariana and her mom, Kim, contributed to "In Hollywood." The songs are geared to teens, with themes of first love, first heartbreak, friendship and betrayal, and thinking independently.
Sloan, who credits her parents and family as her most important boosters, has studied with vocal coach Valerie Morehouse-Wilde and at the Rock Nation Music School in Agoura. She does them all proud on her first outing, which displays serious potential as she keeps working on her vocals and developing her songwriting.
In the second half of the show, we segue from the sublime, squeaky-clean innocence of a super-talented high school cheerleader to the sublime grit, wisdom and wit of a veteran bluesman — singer, writer and guitarist T.J. Sullivan, AKA Thelonius James. - Stephen K. Peeples

June Nominees list. - Hollywood Music Media Awards
Ariana Sloan is the future of Pop-Rock music and the 14-year-old is on her way to
superstardom if she keeps at it. This girl can sing and she's by far one of the most
talented young singers I've heard this year. Her debut album, "Day One", is a great
representation of her maturity and individuality.
To start, Ariana opens up her new album with "Everything's Gonna Change" which
could easily be in the Top 10 on Disney Radio. This song would appeal to anyone who
likes Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez. Her voice sounds very mature on this song and
the music is well produced. Nicely done Ariana Sloan!
Another very cool song is the title track of the album, "Day One". On this one, Ariana's
voice shines. The high energy music production will make you feel like dancing. This
song is really positive and is definitely a song that cold be labeled a summer anthem.
You have to hear "In Hollywood" because it's another Top 10 hit for Disney Radio. This
song needs to be on a movie or something. Ariana sings her heart out, and anybody
who's trying to make in it in Hollywood will really enjoy this song.
Ariana Sloan is ready to take her place in the spotlight, and I think she's well groomed.
She's definitely a fan favorite waiting to happen and I believe she will grow into a
superstar some day with the right guidance.
MUSICAL GOAL: "My goals are to continue to create music for a broad audience,
perform for a large audience, use my music to help people raise money for charity, and
to ultimately win a Grammy Award." – Ariana Sloan

Bio
Ariana Sloan is a dancer, actress, singer, and recording artist. She started her career at the age of 6 years old when she filmed a pilot for PBS called Snapshots. Then she went on to film commercials such as Target, Eastwood Insurance, and Nintendo Wii, and also a few films. She fell in love with music when her parents took her and her siblings to an outdoor festival where she saw Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo perform.
From that day on she wanted to sing, write, perform, and record music. She first started recording at the young age of eight, then after gaining experience she was able to find guidance from entertainment attorney, David Helfant. He was instrumental in finding Ariana the right producer's to help her write and record her first EP titled "Day One" at the age of only thirteen.
Now she is seventeen years old, and she has since recorded several new pop music singles and is awaiting their release, soon to online stores worldwide. Ariana has performed live at The Whiskey A Go Go, The Roxy, The House of Blues/Hollywood, The Canyon Club/Agoura, and Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco, as well as many other venues including The Cannery Hotel/Casino in Las Vegas.
