Antonio Long

Antonio Long is a singer, songwriter and recording artist. He's a Rhythm Of Gospel Music award nominee and DMV (DC Maryland Virginia ) Christian Music award nominee. He's been featured on many stages through out Maryland and various cities. He's performed on the same stages as artists like Jason Nelson and Damon Little.

Antonio Long recently teamed up with Producer Junior Lee with Faith Junkie Productions on his latest single "Broken Pieces."  Antonio's smooth tone accompanied by quality production, ear tingling harmonies, a relatable message and a catchy hook is a step out of the "box" and shows his versatility as a Song Writer and  Recording Artist. Broken Pieces" is the follow up single to Antonio Long's 2014 Mix Tape release,"The Life Project Volume One." The  Mix Tape features original music and samples tracks by well known Producers like j Dilla, Pete Rock and Kevin Brown and Eric Sermon. "The Life Project Volume One" is a creative introduction to Antonio Long's sound and where he identifies musically as a Recording Artist.

The Musical Journey for Antonio Long began in Baltimore Maryland where he was born and it continued while attending high school where he participated in the Vocal Music Department. Antonio began gaining knowledge of who he was as a Song Writer while attending Morgan State University where he studied Music. After spending several years cultivating his writing talent and developing his musical sound, Antonio performed as a solo artist for his first audience in 2010. Shortly after, he released his first single "Lord I Yield" in 2011.

"Smooth" and "catchy" are words often used by listeners to describe Antonio Long's music. Musically inspired by artist like Stevie Wonder, Brandy, Musiq Soul Child, doobie Powell and Lauryn Hill; Antonio infuses elements found in Neo-Soul, Jazz, Hip-hop, R&B, Soul and Urban Contemporary Gospel music to make up his sound. Antonio continues to be inspired as he carries out his mission to Uplift, Encourage and Inspire people through his music. Antonio is currently working on new music for the release of his Debut album. In the coming year listeners can look forward to his self titled EP "Antonio Long."
