Born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Sanford, NC, from an outside glance, Alleyne (pronounced "alien") Phoenix seems to be solely a hip-hop artist, then you hear the music and realize that there are many more layers to this eclectic enigma. Metal, electro-pop, punk rock, southern rock, blues, and many more genres have been explored by him and he plans to continue to learn new ways to bring all different kinds of good people together with not only the music, but other creative ventures as well.
