"World Premiere Video: Sandra Small sings a song of encouragement"

(April 10, 2021) We’ve been writing about New York singer and songwriter Sandra Small for a couple years now. Sandra has made her name writing organic, truthful songs about pushing through the troubles of the world to reach your goals, and her audience has gathered meaning from her songs of empowerment.

Her new song continues her push for strength, particularly in young women. Sandra says “Don’t Worry Girl” is designed as a shot of encouragement to them during a tough period. “Life can be challenging especially now with the world being topsy turvy, unemployment at a high rate, many business's have closed and a pandemic at hand. Women in general can be hard on themselves and forget their value and worth in times of hardships and struggle. The truth of the matter is no one should struggle in life but it happens in the Ebb and Flow of life. It is how we handle those hard times that can make or break us. “

The song is also accompanied by an ebook that delivers similar important messages. But right now, we’re just enjoying the bright upbeat song and video, and are pleased to present its World Premiere here to SoulTrackers.

"Exclusive Premiere: Sandra Small Oozes Cool With 'Calling For You'"

New York singer/songwriter Sandra Small shares big and joyful energy with her new song and video, “Calling For You,” from her new album Revelations. Oozing with cool backed by funky bass, horns and more, Small triumphs with this positive ode to finding that special someone. She shares, “Falling in love is something magical and it happens when you least expect it (4 real)! You can search all you want and may never discover it until the day it happens. This person will fall from out of nowhere. You’ll be like Scooby-Doo,! "Rhuh”?!? I dedicate this song to the couples to be, to lovebirds who have recently met, got engaged or married and those who have been together for what seems like a lifetime.” - Parade

"First Listen: Sandra Small is "Calling For You""

New York singer and songwriter Sandra Small has spent her career singing about how to push through the troubles of the world to reach your goals. And she has gathered a following for her empowering songs for more than a decade.

After recording an album with The Smallworld Band, Sandra is back singing solo music on her newest album, Revelations, and is making waves with the first single, “Calling For You.”

Sandra tells us, “'Calling For You’ is a rock love ballad about finding love unexpectedly. You never know where or how you will be drawn to a partner. Timing is everything! This song is about that experience.”

She hits a rock and soul sound that you don’t hear much on radio now, and it sounds fresh and engaging. Check out “Calling For You” below and welcome Sandra Small to SoulTracks. - Soul Tracks
