A Little Too Serious is an indie/alt rock band from Winchester, Va. The band formed in 2019 as a "stage name" for playing at local open mics. The project eventually took on a more defined sound and more members were added. Eventually, ALTS got around to recording and releasing songs at the end of 2020 and early 2021. Their influences primarily include bands from the early 2000s such as: Interpol, Arcade Fire, The Killers, Kings of Leon, and The National. The band's live shows are meant to tread the balance of fun, lightheartedness and serious introspection. A Little Too Serious' first EP, Emulate, and 2 subsequent singles, Hide and Bernie Salamanders, are streaming everywhere music is streamed.
