A Beautiful Somewhere

A Beautiful Somewhere is a pop-punk band from Northern New Jersey that was started in late summer 2017 by front man Zach Schumacher and their former drummer with bassist Daniel Nogueira joining in October and current drummer Nick Lacobeli joining in early June. The band considers themselves the over stereo typical pop-punk band with lyrics about self destructive behaviors, terrible girlfriends, breakups, people who have betrayed them and Depression. Their music is inspired by early 2000s pop-punk (Ex. Blink-182, Early Green Day, Yellowcard, New Found Glory), modern pop punk 2010 till now (Ex. The Wonder Years, Mooseblood, Neck Deep and A Day To Remember). They dropped their first Ep, Forget Me Not in Early April which has 5 songs. The band is currently working on its second EP under the code name Heavy Nostalgia which is set to release early next year. A Beautiful Somewhere has a lot of experience playing all types of venues in through out New Jersey. From more DIY places like Boontunes, The Meatlocker and Rob's Place to more established venues like The Crossroads and The Stone Pony. Each show they bring an unexpected surprise to the audience, having them questions what type of band is this, what is about to unfold here and each time they are pleasantly surprised.
