Fasa Franklin ... who is he? Where did he come from? What is he talking about in his music? Where does this fire and drive come from?  He brings life to the music scene that has been missing for so long. Painting a visual, with his words, and leaving you, waiting for the next song to play. There is not much dance to his lyrics a head bob and a quick “turnup as he uses loosely. He leaves you full, for his music brings substance and nurtures your mind to think about life closer.

Mook Moolah Mufasa who now goes by "Fasa Franklin " is from Chicago, the windy city. He angers at the fact it’s known as Chi-Raq now due to the vicious increase in violence and no regards to life in his city. He is theoldest of 4 boys.  Having taken on the “Man of the House” role,while being raised in a single parent home. The street activity would intrigue him at an early age. But he thanks God it didn’t claim him due to curiosity. Fasa saw a way out, his talent and gift. Refusing to allow his children to go thru things he saw in life he stepped out on faith. “It’s like when I start writing, so much flow out, thing I didn’t even know I had inside.”  Known also as Mr. 200 which comes from his section he was raised in #200 lead him to Twice as Real Entertainment. T2R is his music label that will be debuting in fall of 2016. 

​“City Cryin” is one of his singles that touches all who hear, talking about his fallen city and surroundings. " I can't breathe "  “Pop&Roll” and “On Me” " Lingo➰"  are also tracks that can be expected on his new project se gore release Fall of 2016 We could list so many other hits but we rather you find out for yourself. Mook is driven by so many other artists such as Tupac and even Eminem. But never comparing himself because, there is no comparison. The way hepresents his music is an art within its self. “I’m determined to be   successful, and live out my destiny no matter what”..
