Rising underground Artist/Recording Engineer Tre Cartier uses complex, detailed storytelling to address issues faced in the everyday life inside his community in Henderson, NC.
In 2017, Tre Cartier discovered his love for the studio and quickly began to start recording himself with his band "loftyboyz" and producer "Rich Gatez" Unsure about his sound and direction Tre Cartier "didn't take music seriously" until the positive feedback received from his first EP "Chosen Winner" in 2019. The EP fueled him and turned him into a workhorse catapulting him into everyday studio sessions, collaborating with various artists and producers, cameos, photoshoots etc. However, long nights and early mornings, amongst other personal issues, began to take a toll on him, after releasing a few captivating singles Tre Cartier took an 7 month long hiatus from music to work on his mental health, overcome drug habits, and find himself again. Returning exactly a year later from his departure in late 2019, Tre Cartier was reborn and returned with 2 more compelling projects titled "4eva Lofty" and "4:20" both exclusively produced by his long time friend Rich Gatez- and has been going string ever since.
