Tommy Shorts is a hip hop artist from Kosciusko, MS. Feeling like an outcast, he started rapping in his senior year of high school, thinking it might give him an identity. When some of his classmates liked his work, he decided he would stick with it and continue writing songs. His aim is to create rap music that is anti drugs, violence, etc. and ultimately open up hip hop to a broader audience.
