Rex Hedlund and Robbie Leavitt play with an energetic style of duo guitar, often augmented with slide guitar, bass guitar and harmonica.  They blend guitar part sensibilities in an engaging style that has always been well received.

Rex Hedlund is a seasoned musician and a long-time fixture of the Estes Park acoustic music scene. With his talents on multiple instruments Rex gives the Railroad Ramblers a colorful and energetic style. Rex brings a straightforward and steady presence to the music and with a repertoire of songs stretching back many decades as the duo paints on the wide canvas of American acoustic folk blues music.

Robbie Leavitt rides the rails along with Rex in the Railroad Ramblers; they form a wonderful organic synergy of duo guitar or guitar with accompanying slide guitar, mandolin, dobro, bass or harmonica. Mr. Leavitt is a lifelong professional musician often as a set piece backing up other musical entities - now bringing a repertoire from his own love of acoustic folk blues.
