Bio
The Hoyer Brothers are a six-piece band that plays a mix of funk, Soul, R&B, hip-hop, jazz, Blues, and Rock with a focus on improvised solos and keeping people dancing. The band consists of Markus Hoyer (Guitar/Vocals), Joel Hoyer (Bass/Vocals), Seth Garrido (Tenor Sax/Vocals), Carson Conklin (Drums), Steev Turner (Vibraphone), and Vince Allis (Guitar/Harmonica). While this particular lineup has been performing together since 2013, the core group has been playing music together for well over a decade. Their technical proficiency of their instruments and the three-part vocal harmonies make for an enjoyable listening experience for casual listeners and seasoned musicians alike.
Over the last couple years they have had the privilege of sharing the stage with such talents as Grace Love and the True Loves, the Staxx Brothers, Vaudeville Etiquette, Blake Noble, and Rust on the Rails.
