Brothers, Jason Marshall, and Jerry Michael, the core force of The Footmen, through their tight harmonies and lyrics poetic and profound, prove once again in a big way, that blood and music mix. Raised in the rural midwest, they honed their gift of music at church on Sunday mornings and on Ohio summer nights, camping on the river, giving The Footmen it's signature sound of true grit Americana. With it's gospel roots, country fair, and just enough rock-n-roll to drive it home, the music of The Footmen soothes and inspires, wounds and heals, grooves the soul, and takes the listener to a familiar, yet brand new place of the timeless.
