August 2015 - For immediate release - Slow Coyote is the music and writing of Lucas Heyoka. Traveller, poet, naturalist, gardener, rebel- he’s been clearing his own trails since day one. His works portray his curious nature, often estranged, often magical, transformative, wild, and unabashed. Heavily influenced by the 1960’s, indigenous culture, punk rock, the blues & folk music - he hopes to capture a wide audience by variance in form , and classic delivery. He has self-published one poetry book titled “ Now I Am Gold” , and has another book in the works to be released late 2015. Recently released is his debut 20 track album, “American Supertramp” in late July 2015.
