In summer 2017, Guitar player Tyler Cook, along with Drummer Johnny Hodge and Bass player Dylan DW Marshall started the foundation we know as Shades of Raven today, soon after getting Front man Tyler Logan and Guitarist Cody Taylor, they were ready for flight. Before they could take off they had some internal issues to resolve. Early 2018, Guitar player Tyler Cook left the band leaving the quartet to rebuild. Continuing on with their progression, Shades of Raven shook the unbalance and continued forward writing new material and getting ready for the upcoming year. Influences kept pouring in as the band takes inspiration from artists like Black Stone Cherry, Breaking Benjamin, Ten Years and Thrice. Looking ahead into 2019 Shades of Raven is built and ready to take this year on full force.
