Samuel David

Samuel has been involved in music for most of his life. He started his musical education in the church as a young boy at the age of 8, and still remains active in the church today.

At 28 years of age now, he attends the University of South Carolina School Of Music with an emphasis on voice. His musical style is Pop with the incorporation of R & B and Soul.

Because of his passion for music, he has endeavored to expand his knowledge of various musical instruments. He is proficient on the piano, organ and keyboard.

For the last seven years Samuel has been composing and writing many compositions about various topics with love and unity as its central themes. With over 50 songs, this group of work represents a substantial catalog of copyrights.

Samuel's passion for music has afforded him the opportunity to sing in community, local and statewide talent competitions - often winning. Singing and playing the keyboard has allowed me to provide instrumental and song services across the states of South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. In one of the statewide competitions, he was awarded a $3,500 scholarship as the first place winner.

Samuel currently serves at Living Water Christian Outreach Center, in Columbia, South Carolina as director of the music department. 

There are several individuals who have served as his musical influences through the years; i.e. the late great Michael Jackson, Celine Dion, Whitney Houston, David Foster, Dianne Warren, Avril Lavigne and Quincy Jones and Clay Aiken. He found them to exemplify outstanding musical abilities in the areas of writing, composing and performing.
