Nikki's wide variety of experiences gives her a unique attitude towards the violin; she is a fearless, passionate performer who seeks to explore the limits of her instrument and surpass them.
A classically trained violinist and vocalist, she is equally at home playing contemporary music with a rhythm section. Her professional experience includes entertaining on both Carnival and Norwegian Cruise Lines; orchestral performances with the Moody Blues and the extravaganza “Elvis Live”; engagements at the Ameristar Casinos in St. Louis and Kansas City, Missouri on numerous occasions; various corporate and special events around the country, and a one-time special performance with the Black Eyed Peas. She has been honored to share the stage with late blues legend Phillip Walker, and jazz saxophonist John Handy, a contemporary of John Coltrane’s. Nikki is an active session musician, featured most notably on Murphy Lee (of Nelly & the St. Lunatics) Gold CD “Murphy’s Law”, which sold over half a milion copies. A previous member of the St. Louis Philharmonic Orchestra and Gateway String Quartet, Nikki is an active freelance performer in the St. Louis area. As a musical theatre actress, her credits include New Line Theatre's productions of "High Fidelity", "Hair", "Return to the Forbidden Planet", "The Wild Party", and "Bare".
