Michael Summers is a singer/songwriter from East Texas. Influenced by acts like Charlie Robison and Cross Canadian Ragweed, Michael writes honest heartfelt songs and sings them with a natural raspiness and southern twang that would fit in with any Country or Southern Rock lineup. Michael performs all over Texas and Oklahoma as a solo artist as well as the front man for his band Michael Summers and 30 Miles East. You can catch Michael playing solo shows most days of the week and currently at his residency at Adair’s Saloon in Deep Ellum every other Tuesday night! On the weekends he and his band are out playing everything from private parties to bar rooms, festivals and fairs. They have supported many acts including Stoney Larue, Casey Donahew, Roger Creager and many more….
