Darrion (Lifted Deezie) Bailey (Age 23) is a young artist on the Rise from the West bank of New Orleans Lousiana. His "Lifted" brand can be spotted all over the city from schools to clubs with his logo on hoodies, jerseys, shirts, hats, and stickers. When people see it they know who it represents. When he walks in a building the room stops and people shout "Lifted!" as him and his team approach. Deezie has been involved in music his entire life. Just recently in May of 2017 he recieved his Bachelors degree in music from the university of New Orleans. He plays several instruments including all percussion instruments and piano. His projects are all self produced, self written, self mixed, recorded, and mastered also. He also does his own graphic art including the lifted logo that represents him and his team. His music is heart felt. It makes you move while also forcing you to listen to the messages that are being delivered. His influences show in his music with his own twist and it sounds far different from the trendy popular rap of today.
