Mike “Spacey” Koch is One Part of the Three Part Label. They sent out promo packs and the people receiving them, instantly knew they were holding gold. Word got around, and the group took off. Besides their Under Ground fame, they are played all over the United States. They have appeared in concerts in numerous venues.

Mike said they are underground. He explained that underground simply means unsigned artists that are not mainstream. He conveyed to get your name out in Oklahoma, you must hook up with Paula Happens or Hector Chihuahua Astorga. They are a huge part of the Oklahoma music machine. If you want your music heard, they are the ones to see.

Mike imparted when he was a beginning musician he trusted many people, and he got burned. He was naïve and trusted them, so he didn’t see a need to hire an attorney. He now council’s others if they sign under someone else, “Get a lawyer and don’t believe everyone is out to help you.” He now represents and co-owns the company Rolo formed called, E-Town Records. His advice; do it yourself. Most people in the industry are independent anymore.
