"Omaha River City Rodeo"

Kaylyn Sahs and group a joy to work with. Having entertainment was a new venture for us and they were so patient and agreeable as we were working thru the kinks. Would love to have them in the future. - Carrie G.

"Always a hit at our coffee shop!"

Kaylyn plays for us routinely and every time she plays it’s always a full dining room. Customers always have great feedback for us! Her selection hits all customer ages and preferences. Lastly, communication for booking is always professional and proactive. Would highly recommend her! - Dan Loutzenhiser, Stories Coffee Company

"Beautiful Voice, What a Pro!"

In spite of her youthful appearance, Kaylyn Sahs is a consummate professional! We hired her after my husband and I saw her perform at a local venue, and despite my spouse and I having divergent taste in music, we both recognized and appreciated Kaylyn's beautiful voice and stage presence. We hired her to perform at our corporate holiday event in 2022. She was amazing, because she appealed to everyone in the audience, and got couples up and dancing with her singing and guitar playing, both her own compositions and covers. And you don't have to worry about her being reliable, she prepares for events, arrives early and looks stunning on stage. I highly recommend Kaylyn Sahs, no matter what type of music you prefer, she can do it all! - Sarah P.

"Amazing performance for our backyard party!"

My wife and I, at the recommendation of a mutual friend, booked Kaylyn to play a private party in Columbia, Missouri. I cannot say enough about the night! All communications with management before the show were professional and clear. Kaylyn's set list was masterful, with a perfect mix of originals and covers. As the performance went on and the crowd/mood changed, the band matched the energy and kept the party going! I continue to receive nothing but compliments from our party attendees, and we hope to have her and the band back in Columbia again soon! - Tim Bach

"Little Texas"

What a great performance and strong, strong vocals!!! Nashville pay attention. Kaylyn is here to stay!!! - Del Gray

Bio

Kaylyn Sahs is a rising country singer/songwriter and Nashville recording artist. She was born and raised in the Midwest with a God-given talent and began singing as soon as she could talk. With a voice others have said sounds like pure gold, she has been pursuing and honing her musical gift ever since. First with learning piano, which did not come easy, to picking up the guitar just a few years ago, to a growing ability and love for songwriting. She grew up listening to a wide variety of music among legends like Carrie Underwood, Lady A, and Keith Urban and later became a fan of artists like Ben Rector and NEEDTOBREATHE who inspired her by their drive and integrity as artists in the music industry.

Immediately after graduating high school, she began forging her own path. Although her talents were shaped from an early age as she was being groomed for the stage, to those close to her, the road has not been easy. With God’s help she pushes through internal struggles and strives to perform fearlessly. As she has learned from Nashville’s live music producer, Tom Jackson, "To give everything you can for the benefit of every single person in the audience."

Her journey has led to many successes and incredible opportunities such as, being one of only a few to make it to the second round at the American Idol Omaha auditions in 2017 and in 2019 she released her first Nashville recorded and produced single, “Country Side.” In 2021 her fans voted her as a nominee for the 16th Annual Omaha Entertainment Arts Awards for Outstanding Country. In 2022 fans voted her as a nominee for the 17th Annual Omaha Entertainment Arts Awards for Outstanding Country and Artist of the Year.

As her sound has progressed and enhanced, she went back to Nashville in August 2020 to record a 5-song EP and single, “Chevy, Take Me To Malibu,” with producer and engineer, Thomas Dulin at The Planetarium. She wrote the single with songwriters, Jordan Hicks, and Thomas Dulin about her first car; a 2001 Chevy Malibu. Sahs said, “It's about my old, rusty blue that's been with me through everything. It knows where I've been and where I want to go.” It’s the consummate road song. Just a couple of weeks later she released her debut EP titled, “blue.,” which means open blue skies & waters, new opportunities, and new beginnings. And it was only the beginning.

Sahs returned to Nashville in September 2022 to record her newest single, “Rodeo,” with producer, Elton Charles, at Studio 2300 Nashville. It’s a fun, fierce, and empowering country song about an ex who thought that the breakup would break her… but “this ain’t her first rodeo.” On September 23, 2022. the day of the release, she debuted “Rodeo” live at the CHI Health Center Arena for the Omaha River City Rodeo, her first arena show!

Sahs has also shared the stage with national acts such as Jake Owen, Lainey Wilson, Jo Dee Messina, Tracy Byrd, Chris Lane, Jameson Rodgers, Terri Clark, Thompson Square, Little Texas, and Adam Hambrick. With her country style and pop flare, she wins over audiences of all ages. As Del Gray, from Little Texas said, “What a great performance and strong, strong vocals!!! Nashville pay attention. Kaylyn is here to stay!!!”

In her spare time, she volunteers with her church Worship Team, she loves hanging out with her friends and family, hiking, and visiting the ocean when she has the chance to go. If she could play any instrument in the world, it would be the cello.
