Bio
Based out of Port Aransas Texas, playing guitar and singing a variety of blues and soul originals. Playing all over the state with full band (organ, rhythm guitar, bass, drums), four piece, trio, duo or just classic solo acoustic blues and roots. After cutting teeth around DFW for a few years as a professional guitarist, Amundsen is able to not just provide live music, but also an energetic show. Playing loud and fast, quiet and slow, Amundsen has developed a large catalog of original songs, ranging in all styles. However, they all (whether its a reggae or funk) have strong roots in blues and soul.

Los Fabulous was formed after months of sit ins and open jams between Port Aransas native John Amundsen and San Juan Underground (Corpus Christi/Puerto Rico). Focusing on musicianship first and foremost, Los Fabulous seamlessly blends genres ranging from Texas Blues to Latin Jazz. Able to play all venues and most any style of music, we pride ourselves on entertaining the crowd at hand.Band Members
