In music, if everyone is going in one direction, sometimes it’s wise to go in the opposite direction or attempt to create a whole new path. And that’s exactly what JeRk is doing. Combining an immense amount of raw talent and amazing showmanship, he is known for noteworthy performances and cinematic music videos. His shows are full of energy and excitement. “I like to get the crowd involved. They see that I’m having fun on stage and that energy permeates throughout the crowd,” states Jerk.

ABOUT

JeRk is a talented Hip Hop artist who has been making music for more than four years. Hailing from Elmira, New York, the rising prodigy went from recording in a studio to now doing all the recording and vocal engineering on his tracks independently.

Describing himself as a ‘funny, kind, giving person,’ JeRk believes that every person is the same and that “the only time we should ever look down on someone is to help them up.” Drawing inspirations from the brilliant work of Ryan Montbleau, Millyz, Jake Daniels, and Capion The Great, JeRk is creating an incredible musical legacy for himself.

Dee Blaze and JeRk hint at sick collab “Universal Drip”

Universal Drip Dee Blaze and JeRk

Elmira artists Dee Blaze the Pyro and JeRk are linking up to craft the creative track called “Universal Drip” on May 1st, also produced by Dee Blaze. This will be the first time that the two have collaborated on a record and fans are waiting patiently to hear the results.

Continuing what has been a strong year, there seems to be no let up for JeRk. This will be his 4th collaboration with local 607 artists so far this year and his 5th main stream release in the last month alone.


As for Dee Blaze this will be his first release since he dropped the sports anthem “Killer Instinct” back in the end of January. Assisting fellow artists with the production of their projects and mentoring the youth with artist meet-ups has kept the Pyro busy as ever.

Both artists have said they plan on working together further and to keep your eyes open for some pretty dope visuals to follow up “Universal Drip“.
