Krucial Biography

Born Winston Hardy, on December 31, 1988, in Memphis, TN, Krucial was always destined for gretaness. He grew up around music, so anything oriented with music, came naturally. At the age of twelve he wrote his full length song entitled, “My Time”. Krucial started fresh at a new high school where he created a major name for himself. He linked up with a local producer, from San Diego, CA, whom was trying to get his name out as well. They created a full length album together entitled, ‘Main Attraction’, which would go on to sell one-thousand units in the first week of its release.

This helped Krucial attain many performance opportunities throughout the city. He was asked to perform at his high school prom where he introduced his four-piece band. Krucial still returns to his alma mater to perform a new song that he creates for the football team every year. He ceated an extended play project after high school that would reach the hands of Russell Simmons. He was asked by one of the biggest promoters in his city to perform for a crowd of two-thousand plus.

A couple years ago he released a video that reached three-thousand views over the course of twenty-four hours. His Youtube page has become a great source for executives and fans to visit in order to get a general idea of the music that he creates. He has written songs for other local artists, as well. He can write any and every genre of music, there is no set genre he sticks to. He helped a local artist from St. Louis get a development deal through So So Def a few years ago by writing the full song, as well as being a featured artist on it.

Krucial looks for every opportunity he can to show his artistry and he looks forward to being in the music industry for quite a while. Still independent, he strives towards catching the eyes of the right individual that can open major doors for him. He has a full band that is his first choice to perform with during shows. He also has a DJ to be there when the band is unable to make it to a certain performance. His fanbase is very versatile. He strives on making music that will appeal to everyone, not just a set group.

Krucial hopes that he is able to reach his major goals through music. He desires to give back to those less fortunate with not only money, but through music. He believes that he can be a great advocate on helping others succeed. He has always been an individual to make sure the next person is striving toward excellence. It is safe to say that this is only the beginning for Krucial. He is definitely making his presence felt, and he wants to help others while doing so.
