iAM_Jacko (Jack Zapfel) is a 25 year old, rising DJ/Producer, who has found a home in Colorado over the past half decade after growing up in Westport, CT. Initially Jack gained notoriety from his DJ mixes on SoundCloud, with one mix eclipsing 500K plays and 20K likes. This year he surpassed a million plays on his SoundCloud profile too.
In 2018, Jack started his musical journey out as just a DJ, he posted his first mix online in 2019, then played his first two live shows in '19 supporting The Crystal Method and Trampa, with his good friend Yoko, at the Fox Theatre. Over the past couple years, Jack has focused the majority of his musical efforts on original music production and has developed his own unique sound/style with future + freeform bass tones throughout his music. iAM_Jacko also added another dynamic to his live performances by featuring talented live vocalists during his performances.
In 2020, iAM_Jacko began to release some of his original music to the world. Since then Jack has continued to experience local success as rising artist in Colorado. He headlined a show at Your Mom's House and supported big names on local tour stops such as He$h, Champagne Drip, Cvptvgon, Jantsen, and most recently Space Wizard at Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom.
In 2023, Jack hopes to bring his project to new heights and will be releasing multiple EPs for the first time.
