Hoax Society

The world today lives in a constant battle in search of the truth. It's getting harder and harder to tell what's real and what's fake. There is a substantial portion of the population who are in fact sure that there is a group of people who control important institutions in our modern world. They lead them or help them make decisions, guiding them one way or the other, acting like a master puppeteer, controlling us all. However, what no one can really pinpoint is what the real purpose behind all these shady moves is and what is their ultimate goal.

This organization has been called the Hoax Society and it turned out curiously that they also make heavy metal of the highest quality! Despite being formed by a group of unidentified agents who use codenames, and being spread across different countries, their first EP containing 5 songs has reached our newsroom. It was shipped in discreet packaging, with an encrypted message that self-destructed 10 seconds after reading. We managed before, however, to capture that there are several agents in this organization but that its current leaders and consequently those who wrote, recorded, and produced this work are called Agents Snowblind, Tornado and Hurricane.

As a precaution these individuals rarely circulate in the same place, but lately they have been seen together opening a series of discussions, mainly on online channels and social networks about what they could be planning. There was a great deal of anticipation, given all types of plots they'd done before, for something mind-blowing, high-impact and very well executed. And this expectation was really fulfilled with the release of their first EP containing the following revelations: Hoax Society, Illuminati, Gunman, The Incident and Strange Times. With a lot of originality in the compositions combined with the heaviness of the sound and technique in the execution, these songs talk about themes for which this organization came to be known: conspiracy theories, manipulation of the truth, controlling people through the dissemination of fake news, and some other famous and not well explained controversies, but in reality, they leave more doubts than clarifications on these matters, and we suppose that perhaps this is their intention.

 Due to the high confidentiality of this project, only the following information was provided:

· The guitars were recorded in a deserted and undisclosed safe location.

· The vocals were recorded in a wooden cabin hidden in a forest up north.

· The drums were recorded in an old secret military basement.

 We discovered, however, that the work was mixed and mastered in Brasília, Brazil by engineer Arthur Oliveira from UniversoX Studios who refused, tied by a Non-Disclosure Agreement, to provide any supplemental information.

We were unable to obtain the exact date of these recordings and we learned that all the equipment used was soon confiscated and destroyed.

After careful listening, it is concluded that these 3 mysterious agents when they unite really form an unique creative force and with it, they can unleash, with unpredictable and explosive results, all the true power of the Hoax Society.
