fortysvn is an artist that came across my radar not too long ago and I actually got the opportunity to chop it up with him last night at our GoodMusicAllDay sponsored 8 Off 8th hip-hop and R&B showcase. Originally from upstate New York, fortysvn moved to Nashville in January to pursue his passion for music while attending Belmont University.
Today, the New York native dropped a brand new single in the form of “Company” featuring Blunder and ZEO both representing the 518 but Blunder currently resides in Burlington, Vermont. The track drops in with a seductive hook, on the fence of sounding chopped and screwed opening up the first verse for Blunder to drop some smooth flowing, introspective theories reminiscent of a Friday Night Lights J. Cole. ZEO brings it all together with an infectious tone to his voice that flips the whole vibe of the song real quick in the best way. Fortysvn also produced the instrumental, a method that’s proven to bring a huge advantage to artists like, Big K.R.I.T., Russ, and Mac Miller. Born in New York during the golden era of Hip-Hop and R&B, Zacharie Demetri Naccarato, also known as Fortysvn, entered this world with a heart full of passion destined to fulfill his purpose.
On the evening of August 9, 2009, Zach received tragic news that one of his closest childhood friends had committed suicide at the early age of 17.
This moment changed his life forever.
With a heavy heart full of emotions and thoughts racing uncontrollably through his head, Zach escaped into music by writing pages of lyrics expressing how he felt inside. Instantly relived, he suddenly realized his passion and purpose for living without any hesitation. From that moment forward, Zach began his mission by sharing his story through his music in hopes that he could impact other lives who could relate and inspire them not to give up; even when they come face to face with some of the darkest times in life.
Since then, Zach has moved on to establish Live In Vocal Expression, a limited liability company which serves as the foundation for building his empire.
Zach, Fortysvn, has produced and recorded for many talented artists including, Thurman Junior, Austin Awake, Chill $mith, Dewey Markie and Bags Bomaye. As time passes, the list continues to grow exponentially. In 2015, Fortysvn composed his first music score for the independent short film, "Rager", filmed by Aazer Bhatti of Lion Brothers Production.
With time to live and God as his witness, Zach continues to progress positively as he follows his journey in hopes of completing his wildest dreams.
