Bio
Fighting for Daylight is a solo Alternative Rock project based out of Crownsville, Maryland. Drawing inspiration and influence from various artists such as Fall Out Boy, This Wild Life, and many others, Adrian Dueñas decided that making original music was something he wanted to do.
Fighting for Daylight was originally a 5-piece group including a few high school friends, but after 2 months, the other members began to lose interest. After everyone had left, Adrian began to learn every individual instrument himself and began writing.
Two years and 7 months later, the debut EP Only Time Will Tell was released through Adrian's co-owned record label Edgewater Records.
In November of 2018, Fighting for Daylight released a second EP called Songs to Help You Sleep at Night, consisting of 4 acoustic-driven ballads, touching on topics such as car accidents, mental stability (or lack thereof), love, and death.
On August 3rd of 2019, Fighting for Daylight released a single, Memories are Better When Distant and Forgotten , and announced the debut LP title Save Face, set to release Mid-October.
Live performance members include David Williams of A Moment of Silence, Jeremy Everette of A Hard Maybe, Andrew Hall of Halftone and founder of Gingy Productions, and Steven Smith of MX-51.
