Eyes of Anguish is a modern American metal newcomer, rising onto the scene out of Hobart, IN and comprised of Eric Yakovetz (Guitar), David Fishel (Bass), Jordan Chontos (Drums), Gregory Hoover Jr. (Guitar), and Joseph Wise (Vocals). With inspiration from classic goliaths (such as Metallica, Mastodon, Pantera, and Tool) as well as from newer titans of metal (such as Wage War, Killswitch Engage, Of Mice And Men and more), the quintet prides itself on dark, thrashy riffs blended with melodic choruses to bring the best of both worlds to the forefront of local music from Northwestern Indiana.
