DJ DAK

DAK/DJ DAK started his DJ career at the age of 13, streaming live on internet platforms such as Nowlive, Stickam, Justin.tv and Ustream.tv along side some of the internet's most prominent DJing streamers. In the beginning, DAK fell in love with the EDM scene and was influenced by producers such as Chris Cox, Diplo, Tiesto, deadmau5 and Armin Van Burren. This procured his love for House Music.

DAK is a founding member of the Underground DJ Network (UGDJN)  and spent several years entertaining thousands each week from 2006- 2013. DAK is a former resident DJ on those networks as well as the now defunct House of Dance Radio Network in the United Kingdom. DAK was trained by some of the worlds best, including DJ DEE, a prominent Cleveland Club DJ and tag teams with him routinely.

Between 2008-2011, DAK toured around North Texas providing Mobile DJ Services to many venues, and ensured the entertainment of thousands.

DAK eventually moved from Internet Streaming to AM/FM Broadcast Radio. DAK began his Radio career as a Vocal Talent for KNTX 1410 AM. After moving to Upstate, NY DAK became an On-Air Personality hosting a weekly talk/music show for WGFR 92.7 FM. Shortly thereafter, DAK became the General Manager of WIPS 1210 AM, and was responsible for overseeing its closure. DAK retired from broadcasting to pursue his EMS career, but has recently returned to streaming on Twitch.

Representing Plattsburgh, NY USA now at Age 27, DAK is a First Responder by day, and  DJ's by night. Spinning today's most popular EDM every single week. Sit back and enjoy the ride as DAK takes you on a musical journey!
