Raised in rural Hartwick, NY, Dan Quinn first picked up his mom's old classical guitar at age 13- and knew that he wasn't just picking it up to "jam". He never played a note without wondering how it would sound to an audience, and knew that one day, he'd be playing to some big rooms.
Finally, that day came. It wasn't through his time at the Eastman School of Music, it wasn't during his years in Austin while working his day job for a large tech company. It came when he finally threw himself into his music 100%, and began to manage every single aspect of the "Dan Quinn Band" on his own- even every single instrument- which he plays himself.
Using looping, mixing, and effects, Dan has built himself as a popular act not only in his current home base of the Dallas/Fort Worth area, but even through the many venues he has played across the US, and even internationally where he has performed twice at the Hard Rock Cafe in Bogota, Colombia.
He performs 8-12 nights per month and his momentum is building rapidly as he works hard to build his brand, expand his fan base, and most importantly, create a live performance that continues to wow audiences everywhere.
