Bio
Born in Rochester NY DeWayne Rose aka D/LARCENY moved to a small town in Geneseo NY at the age of 11 in 6th grade until he graduated in '98 and went on to Mohawk Valley Community College to pursue a degree in Communications. While in college he met with Travis McCoy of THE GYM CLASS HEROES and quickly became close friends it was then he decided to start his own record label BARAKADE RECORDS. After college he took a long while off working and trying to find his way in life. It was until 2009 he decided to invest in his own recording equipment and put his DREAM into fruition, and that's when he teamed up with his cousins to make GREAT music and build a foundation of fans along the way.
This new and improve TEAM led by D/LARCENY is compared to WU-TANG
And with the Raw and Unique style of D/LARCENY his Versatile style is sure to Captivate any crowd.
D/LARCENY HAS OPENED UP FOR KRS1,SCARFACE, JOE BUDDEN, OBIE TRICE, GORGEOUS GEORGE, KCAMP,YOUNG GREATNESS, DAVE EAST AND FRENCHIE,POP PRODUCTIONS AND HAS DONE OTHER VENUES FOR THE ENTERTAINMENT COLLECTIVE.
